I am very unhappy with the work that was done on my house. Took out hot water heater with tank and installed tankless hot water heater. I was left without water overnight. Also installed tile in two rooms. Did good job installing the tile but the installers used my tile saw and blade. I provided bottled water for them because they kept asking for it. Poor job on cleanup after job. I complained and was offered a 10% discount on labor on next upcoming job. That was nice but I don't want them back.
Removed a small shower and assembled a shower kit from Lowes. Assembled the rear panel upside down, shower head too low and door leaks like a screen door. Nobody will come look at the shoddy work and have now stopped answering my calls. All beware.
I would like to say that Mr. Gautier did a very good job on my house. He never cut corners and took a lot of pride in his work
