Find another handyman company in central Ohio. This company lacks honesty, integrity, competency, communication and customer service skills. I should have looked at their better business bureau reviews before hiring them. Don't believe me look at their negative reviews on their Facebook page and BBB page. This pretty much outlines the kind of results/interactions you will have with this company. -signed guy out of $400+ on a bad roof leak job.
Handyman Guys were hired by Lowe's to do a bathroom remodel in our home. Aside from the fact the job was pushed back twice, the crew was completely incompetent. My husband worked in the construction field for almost 10 years and was floored at the sub-par work being done. We hired someone for convenience, but this was the experience was much more exhausting and frustrating than I could have imagined. Homeowners & contractors beware, I was hired as a sub-contractor for Handyman Guys to frame, HVAC & run electric for a basement in Cincinnati area in early March. I completed the job & still have not been paid. The worst part about this is how many times the owner has blatantly lied telling me on several occasions "the check is in the mail". Sadly for the homeowner my only recourse is to file a lien on their property. It is disturbing that this company takes advantage of their contractors.
I think Justin Jones could not be compensated enough.He went the extra mile when asked.
The Handyman Guys did a great painting job and our new backsplash looks amazing. Very professional job and competitive price.
