I used the services of this firm 3 times in Granbury, always with wonderful results: 1) onebtime he was able to install urgently some entrance systems during the weekend 2) the second time he promptly arrived with his assistant-- at 10pm! -- when I got myself locked out of the house due to a lost key; 3) he worked on my maintenance needs in 2 areas. The fees were compatible with the work and quite affordable. I am particularly grateful for his availability with the locksmith service after hours. Strongly recommended!
Broken rafter in attic. He was ask if this job was something he was able to repair by the Realtor. He came and looked and said yes and gave a quote. He is not a carpenter at all!!!!!! Repair to rafter picture attached. Those are the boards he attached to the broken rafter and said that was the best he could do. WAY WAY OVER PAID. Beware. 1 star was the lowest it would let me put.
Do NOT recommend them at all!!! Poor service. We were given an estimate of $125.00 to move a refrigerator from the kitchen to the garage. This guy showed up with his wife. He stated that he was waiting for his helper who showed up within 45 mins with his gf. They asked if we had a dolly they could borrow to move refrigerator. Then throughout the process they continued to request to borrow tools & request bottles of water. By the time they finished, they charged $200.00!!! Our refrigerator was left with several dents! Cannot recommend. Be sure you get his "free estimate" before he starts any work. He didn't provide me an estimate only assuring me he was fair and then charged over $300 for 45 minutes worth of work. His work seems fine, but I could have hired a licensed professional and saved based on what he charged me after the fact.
