Unprofessional organization. I STRONGLY ENCOURAGE others not to waste their time. There are many other groups and individuals far more trustworthy and experienced. Those of you that may seen anything positive written about this organization will also notice that those reviews were not written recently. They have clearly stopped doing quality work. They also manage this FB page, so my view may be deleted once they notice it.

Hello Bobbie, Customer service is our top priority and when you called us to provide a pricing quote for a railing project, we sent out our craftsman, Bob, to get the details. He spent over two hours going over the project and answering all of your questions. Once the quote was provided, you had many additional questions, all of which were answered with patience and professionalism. The handyman cancelled once...showed the following week....said he would call in 2-3 days and never did. Its now about 3 weeks since my original call to schedule an appointment. I will start looking around again. Bummer.
Joe did a fine job taking care of damage to the front our home caused by squirrels. He was professional, prompt, and thorough. The best part for me is that he was willing to climb a long ladder to reach the damage, something another company would not do. The work he did was perfect.
