Worst handyman company – Absolutely terrible. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. I had a rather large dog door, and I wanted it fixed. I was told to use angieslist to find a great handyman. So, I did. For some reason this company actually has great reviews on there. Probably fake. Heres my issues with this company: Took them 5 trips to get the job done correctly. In one word - OUTSTANDING – This was a fantastic experience. The craftsman came out and told me what he would do, provided me a written estimate up front, finished the job on time, went to the store to purchase materials, and even cleaned every inch of his work area when he was finished. The office staff was extremly friendly and helpful as well. I would highly reccommend this service to anyone who is looking for a RELIABLE, honest, affordable service.

Handyman Connection TO Disaster – PAY ATTENTION They work slow Claim to be experts Overcharge on labor Arrive late Talk your head off all day And in the end they have had to come back four times to repair the original work; they have a one year guarantee I called the office, they refused to let me speak to the store manager and when I did, he said its not our work that is the problem SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND MOVE ON Its a shame really; its a great idea..
