I rented 3 units for over a year from Nest Storage at first things went well when Fred was manager. He was strict to the rules and allowed some of us to help with the cleanup from the hurricane. Fred was awesome and kept a line of communication open with the owner. If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible place, customer service is beyond awful. They bought out our storages about 2 months ago. Since then, you can't get intouch with anyone. They did away with on-site manement. Everyhing is remote and they never return calls. I never had these issues under the last manager. She was kind, reachable and professional.

5 stars for this place! And I’m not sure if it’s more because of the storage or the manager! The property is well kept and well ran! I’ve learned that Abby is new to the property, but is definitely not new in customer service! She is sweet, communicative, and has been very helping with all of my storage needs!!

My experience, via my good friend, was terrible ! They are bullies at this facility. They make the rules, right or wrong, and you have to follow them. All I can tell you if you decide to rent one of the shambled shacks for storage is wear the proper footwear. There wasn't an option for no stars or I would've went with that one.
