Came in today and rented a larger unit Dawn was so helpful and kind and very patient with my needs I would refer her service and Nest storage to all my friends she was best
Bree was DELIGHTFUL! Despite my husband and I's extremely last minute reservation. Bree was very welcoming, patient, thorough, and helpful throughout the entire process! Definitely will be recommending to anyone in the area!
Bree is the best!!! I showed up with a truck load of stuff and needed a small ac unit asap. She helped me chose the right size for my needs at the right price I could afford. She provided me a dolly to unload my truck. They had the locks there too. She went thru all the paperwork, which was super simple, and within 30 minutes I was unloading my truck into the storage unit. my experience in the past few years renting 2-3 units have been GREAT the prior Manager Fred was very helpful each time I called to make a payment. He was always on site. Michelle also helped me with any issues I had on entry times. I recently learned the storage had become newly owned. I am EXTREMELY HAPPY with the service I have with Lester.
