Purchased a GMC certified 2008 Crew Cab about a month ago. Sales force was honest and forthright. Service department corrected a small issue immediately. A week later two service supervisors dropped what they were doing and came out in a rain storm to show me how to remove the hard tonneau cover. Best car buying experience I've had in 60 years!
Handy GMC is anything but honest! We bought a vehicle from them, was told the mechanic looked it over and everything checked out. We got it home and had a hose split, we took it to our mechanic and he realized that there were no back brakeson the vehicle as there were huge holes in the lines. When I called to talk to the manager he told me he was too busy to speak to me and that he sold cars knowing there was something wrong with them off the lot. Completely not honest!
