Service is a joke! Leasing a 2018 Sierra, tire pressure sensors been acting up. Service automatically assumed that fix a flat was the cause. Told me I had to pay for the sensor!! So now I’m driving my leased 2018 Sierra with warnings lights blowing up my dash
Hope as my sales person listened to me and was very understanding. Hope works very hard to get you what you want. She is a excellent sales person, does not get better than that.
This is my second purchase from Handy GMC, and can't explain how pleased I am. Todd Morgan is hands down the best sales associate I've ever had the pleasure dealing with. We had a great experience at Handy GMC, Hope Bockus is amazing. She is the kindest car salesperson I have ever met. She was so attentive and listened to our every need. If she didn't know something she found the answer right away. I tend to be very quiet and shy, and often get ignored by sales people when I am with my husband. Still having the same issues since the day we bought our vehicles from Handy GMC. We thought everything was gonna be taken care of but nothing has changed. Just one truck alone has gone back at least 4 times for the tailgate not shutting or staying shut. And once again it’s doing the same thing which has caused things to fall out while driving.
