Noone helped me. Asked a guy for help, told me everyone was busy with a truck. I waited, watched 3 people walk by and noone said a word. First and last time. Ever. 1 star is for selection. That's it.

I’m a licensed plumbing contractor who purchased an Onyx shower system here. I was not subcontracted by Handyman — they were the material supplier only. During the job, the homeowner told me Handyman referred them to another installer from a referral list at the front counter, and another contractor was brought in mid-project. I am a licensed plumbing contractor who purchased an Onyx shower system from Handyman Home Remodeling Center. I was not subcontracted by them — they were strictly the material supplier. Mid-project, and without my consent or contractual authority, Handyman invited another contractor into an active job I had already started.
