History Established in 1996. Our small family business started in the quick lube oil change business in 1996. Gerald Handy first wanted to call their business Handy Quick Lube, but his wife said lets just call it Handy Lube. So, the Handy Lube business name was started. We designed our building plans and purchased land in 1995. Our grand opening was on June 15, 1996. EXCELLENT service I have taken 3 different autos of mine to Handy Lube and have ALWAYS received EXCELLENT service and assistance. The owner has always been up-front with me as to what was going on with my automobiles and honest about what else needed to be planned for. He has gone above and beyond every time I have needed repairs, and I have recommended him to several friends and co-workers who were also pleased with his service.
Very sloppy I have a brand new car and it was time for the very 1st oil change. Arrived and found the place to be clean and seemed nice. Once they were done with my car I paid which and left. I noticed oil dripping from under my car. Went back and the owner said they had spilled oil and took off the pan and cleaned it up. The next day I went back because it was still leaking. I was told the oil spilled on the engine and they refused to clean it. They also refused to refund my money and I had to take my car to the dealership ... read more
Handy Lube is First Rate I also disagree with Tina L. Handy's is the best I've seen. Coming from Chicago and all the competition of the trade and Handy's blows them all away. They are professional and courteous, effective and efficient. At Handy's they don't just deal with the problem at hand, the let you know about the other issues you are having. For Tina L. to try and damage this man's reputation is wrong when chances are she tried to check her own oil and messed something up. At Handy's they check for leaks, so for you t... read more
Handy Lube is Great. Tina L is wrong I read Tina L's review and I DON'T Believe it. I had an oil seal go bad on a filter that Handy Lube had installed and without any suggestion they clean the engine compartment. Now I did this with NO ATTITUDE! I did have to wait a few minutes until their business slowed but they did it with NO stipulations or complaints. This is the only quick lube I use period.
Nice Work Handy Lube is nice and very clean. I was very impressed with there service. The owner was very nice and straight forward with me about my car. I had noticed a leak in my drive way a few weeks ago and when I took in my car to have the oil changed in it. I had forgotten about the leak underneath my car until the onwer reminded me of it. After he told me about fixed it for me and ever since then I haven't seen the leak in my driveway anymore. Thank you Hnady Lube. PROS: Quick CONS:
Good Service, clean, hard-workers, top notch I have always taken my cars to this Handy Lube. They are very professional, up-front , nice , fast & a clean environment.
