I’ve been going here for years a few months back a had a bad experience. Management reached out to me and we had a honest conversation. I was giving a genuine apology for my displeasure and a free alignment. The ladies there are very polite and professional. I’m not sure if the business is black owned but it’s black operated which is a plus for me
The team is amazing
The first few times were great. I went yesterday and received and they don’t do things like they used to. No more massage table no more stretching just five minutes of half ass adjusting and that’s it
