Pretty sad when you walk out to your truck and see dirt spots missed all over the vehicle. I definitely would not recommend this car wash to anyone. If you want to good car wash head out to Sauk Trail car wash.
We paid to have our car washed. Our car was skipped in the drying process and the owner decided to "fix it" by quickly wiping our car off and skipping our rims. When I approached him he said "what do you want?" And told me that he was the owner so there was no point in complaining about his rudeness. Then he sent another worker to clean up his mess. Worst service EVER! We will not being going back!
Not pleased at all ! $25 bucks for a half assed job !
Pulled up and was handed a ticket for the ultimate wash. I was not asked if I wanted the basic or ultimate. Good for them I did. When vehicle came out the rims were still dirty between the spokes. I asked the man to send it back (owner told me a long time ago to do this if not satisfied) as this had happened before but this was first time I sent it back. When I went up to pay for my car wash I wasn't even greeted by the man working the counter and told him that I forgot to tell the attendant that I wanted my floor mats washed as well. Of course I would pay the extra money. He so very rudely told me that they were "too busy" and that they "get mixed up too easily". What poor customer service on his part!
