Used to love this place, took my truck there today, what a disappointment. Brought it home to find they did a terrible job. I had to re-wash the entire front end, both nerf bars and both bumpers. , they just missed it all. Crazy, for $30 bucks I expect a clean vehicle, not a detailed vehicle, but a clean vehicle. Really disappointed. Oh yeah, a new car wash has opened just south of them on Rte 41, will probably give them a try.

hand car wash. not machine. support in time of covid. you can watch them as they do your car. so you see what they do. so you can correct anything you see before getting into csr.
Used to like them a lot. I’ve been a fairly loyal customer for several years. Lately the service hasn’t been as good. But the most frustrating thing is that the last 2 times I went they had closed early. The sign out front was still saying open and I was within advertised hours but they were closed. Using up the rest of the coupons I paid for is going to be very difficult at this point. Come on guys. You can do better.
I have never done anything like this before. This car wash does a mediocre job at best if they ever could stay the F open! I bought a coupon book I get home from work around 4oclock every day they say they’re open until 5 I am still yet to get a wash during the week since they close early every day!
1st time didn’t even clean my inside and 2nd they wiped half of my windshield which happened to be the passenger side. Not only have I given them two chances to properly clean the inside of my vehicle like I paid for. They don’t open when the sign says open. Saturday’s and Sunday’s they are stated to open at 8 am. Came at 830 and the guy waited until another car came and the guy walked up for him to say we don’t open til 9. This place literally sucks!
Very disappointed. 1st and last time there. The signage posted on the outside of items included and pricing is different than at the counter. Bait and switch. When I pointed this out the person behind the counter was extremely rude and disrespectful. I suggested he go outside and look for himself which he did. When he returned inside, he ignored me. This is supposed to be a "premium" car wash. They do not even get the basic concept of customer service or customer respect.
Got my 2012 detailed by Tony-EXCELLENT! It’s sparkly/like brand new! No streaks, excellent cleaning technique and professional service! My family gets all our cars washed there and now they will be receiving our detailing service as well! I’m VERY pleased! Life customers here! Thanks Hands On & Tony.
