Nothing but great appreciation and praise for Eddie Garcia and the boiler repair technician, Jerome. During Thanksgiving week 2018 my boiler was shutting down every 2 days. This was my first experience contacting Hand On Heating and I must say. I was more than impressed!. It's a gem to find hardworking dedicated and kind individuals. When I called, it was almost closing time and feared I would not be able to get help. Eddie Garcia picked up the phone, and put all of my problems at ease. This guys knows what he's talking about. Very Patient helpful and Kind. This was a very good experience and I'd recommend there services to anyone I know!! Keep up the good work guys!

Very good work, customer attentive and very well priced. Always available. My ONLY boiler guy. I've been using him for a few years. Walks me through problems I can fix myself so no service call is needed. Excellent service. Almost like a friend doing a favor.

I highly recommend this company to friends and family. Eddie the technician is the best. Highly professional with fair prices. He fixed my water heater as well as my boiler. He took the time to answer every one of my questions as well as explain step by step what he was doing. You just don't get that kind of service nowadays.

The first time I called Eddie I simply said "I'm pregnant and we have been 2 weeks without heat". He rushed over and came to our aid. His promptness, professionalism and comedic relief made him our "go to guy" ever since! Eddie is more than a repairman or salesman he is a dedicated, kind hearted and patient individual. We recommended him to our family and we highly recommend him to you! Thank you Eddie for always going above and beyond to not only help us in our time of need but teach us how to do for ourselves.

Eddie was an amazing help! My husband and I came home to a freezing cold house. No matter how high we turned up the thermostat, the heat would not come on. We called every oil company in the area and each one told us we would have to wait 2 or 3 days to get service. We found Eddie's number and it turned out that our boiler was defective. Lee C. Hands on Hearing is a professional, reliable heating company. My boiler was out and I called Hands on Heating and Eddie was there in 5 minutes on a Saturday night. He fixed the issue and even sent out a followup note to make sure everything was ok. They are my go to boiler company now and I highly recommend them.

If I needed to rate a company from 1-10, I would give Hands of Heating a 20! They are excellent. Precise, timely and reasonable. Eddie came to fix an ongoing problem with our boiler at the expected hour. The issue was resolved in 1 hour, after working with 2 different "experts' who did not know what they were doing. This company is the real deal.
