I am now back in PT. I am at Neil King. Now I have a comparison. It is night and day. I have exercises which I never got at Hands On from Rochelle. I had to ask for exercises after 7 visits. Her response was oh yeah. I actually work with the therapist at Neil King for 1 1/2 hours and everything is explained. It is a night and day difference.
The front desk gals are rude. My second appt. was at the end of the day. After 15 minutes of minor massage techniques I was put on a pulsing machine and ice and told I would be on it for 15 minutes and Rochelle left the room. The machine stopped pulsing after a minute and I didn’t know that wasn’t normal as it was intense and I was still on ice for my back so I thought nothing of it.
