Went in for painful ganglion cyst on wrist. He looked it and said didn't need to do x-ray and I need surgery. I told him I wanted to get it aspirated and do not want surgery. He said aspiration won't do any good. He told me to think about it a while. I called his office a month later and spoke to associate to get him a message that I choose to get it aspirated. They call back said he said he won't do aspiration will only do surgery. He already knew he was going to deny services if I chose aspiration. He disrespected my decis... read more

My experience with Dr. Ebert was great. My problem was what is called the skier's thumb. He explained everything beforehand. Surgery was about a month or so later and I'm now in recovery. Everything went smoothly and I couldn't be happier. Thanks Dr. Ebert.

He practically told me we’re not gonna bother with surgery even though that’s usually the first step so I don’t have to deal with the pain or the money because it’s very costly (Which I take as he judged me and doesn’t wanna bother with it because he thinks I can’t afford it) Then said, usually we cast it, but I’m not going to handicap you because you’re a mom with a baby (I did have my baby with me and the only positive thing I have to say is he was very kind regarding the baby try to get his age and handed me tissues becau... read more

This “doctor” isn’t worth the paper his name is printed on. I went to him due to severe pain in my thumbs and no ability to grip anything. He did not do X-rays citing that you make the story fit the picture. I appreciated that. He told me I was half way to surgery with torn UCL in both hands. His advice? Ice, take anti inflammatories, wear the braces and… don’t use my thumbs… he walked out of the office. Nothing about a follow up or anything.
