We called ahead to ensure this place was open on a Sunday and that they had time to wash our car as we had a commitment in an hour and a quarter. We specially asked if we could have the car back by 2:30 PM even if that meant they could only wash the outside. We arrived at 2:30 and the car hadn’t even been started. Zero regard for the customer, no sense of urgency. Just lost a customer. Not that they even care
