Absolutely LOVE this franchise! The jewelry is awesome and affordable and the monogramming is always perfect. I always pick up in a store but yesterday was different. I picked up on my lunch break as usual but I knew I was in trouble when the one guy ahead of me kept looking at his watch. Kelsey seems to be very very laid back and moves at a very slow pace. I picked the wrong day to use my lunch break to pick up especially having to get on I-26 in the Harbison area then get there and have to wait longer than normal. Won’t tr... read more
