Rude and Underhanded – I've had to deal with this designer on a regular basis, and it's not been a pleasant experience. He duplicitous with his clients, only out to make a quick buck. He is indignant and rude to sales clerks, and always trying to work an angle to get additional discounts, and irresponsible about paying for items that he has been invoiced for.
