Terrible customer service. Needed a 2 dollar part on new lift and wouldn’t send it to me. Said I need to go through dealer. Bought lift new through a Medicaid waiver bid process and I don’t know the dealer. It was shipped to me.
Our lift system was not charging and Handicare quickly responded and made multiple trips out to try different solutions until the problem was completely fixed. Quality people and quality products that have made it possible to keep our loved one at home safely with us.
