Very well taken care of. Workers were excellent. Good service all around.
I hired these guys for new set of stairs leading up to my deck. I needed something sturdy and nice looking and they completed it within a couple of days. They communicated with me throughout the project and the price was right.
Handi Services has one of the shadiest CEO’s that we have ever dealt with, BOBBY THOMPSON. This company says one thing then renege on it later. They claim that they have done more than 20k worth of work for us despite not even ordering the materials. By their own admission, and on recording too. They have one of the flimsiest contracts, that they broke almost right away by not ordering the materials. Steven Rodarte is the consummate professional! On time, thorough, kind, and articulate. Took the time to listen to what I wanted and to learn my style, took notes and measurements to ensure accuracy, and made suggestions when I was unsure. HIGHLY recommend!
We needed an AC replaced and a truss was cracked. They contacted Handi Services and truss was repaired two days later. Josh and Charlie were excellant. The project manager, Morgan kept us informed of their timetable and checked with us afterwards about the service. Amanda was the office contact and she was pleasant and kept us informed as well. Totally rewarding experience all around.
