People who work there are always respectful. The ice cream is amazing. Prices can't be beat either.
I have been going to Handel’s for years and haven’t had any issues, but the past three times they have messed up our orders. Additionally, scoops have gotten significantly smaller and it is simply not worth the price anymore. I have always had great interactions with those working, but it seemed the owners no longer value customers.
My milkshake not only contained non-vanilla ice cream (I ordered a vanilla milkshake), but I am also allergic to peanuts and had a flare-up shortly after consuming this shake. This only leads me to believe how unsanitary their facility is if I can not even order a VANILLA milkshake here without having an issue.
Great ice cream! Lots of flavors you cant find anywhere else!! Worth the trip.
