Handles on belmont ave employee had the guts to laugh on the phone,make faces to her co worker as she is on the phone with my boyfriend who called to ask simple questions about the hurricanes...I had terrible customer service while I was there by the same girl that answered the phone she seemed like she did not want to be there, and didn't look friendly what so ever I called back for a refund on an item I didnt have and that's when I was told things i wasnt told face to face about the hurricanes and why they only use vanilla... read more
My family and I just recently found this ice cream place after moving here over a year ago. It was delicious the first time we went and of course we wanted to go back. We have gone two other times since then and while the ice cream is good, the milkshakes are not. It’s so disappointing because I expect a milkshake to be thick, not thin. It seems like it is all milk and no ice cream. It is irritating to spend that much on a milkshake and have to bring it home and freeze it.
