whoever the guy was working last night before closing made sure we knew he didn't feel like making our order. the milkshakes were mostly milk! forgot to give us 1 items we ordered. if we didn't drive home 15 minutes away, we would have went back

Nasty employee, poor management, not complying with HIPPA
Mistreat of a person with disabilities is unacceptable as well as shameful. I do recommend that employees get a refresher on customer service skills as well as familiarize yourself with American Disability Act.
Recommendedamazing ice cream but 25 people standing in line and around the ice cream shop 10% were wearing masks in a city where they have a thousand cases of covid-19 a day the company needs to give safety concerns first to their customers and not serve people if they're not wearing a mask
