whoever the guy was working last night before closing made sure we knew he didn't feel like making our order. the milkshakes were mostly milk! forgot to give us 1 items we ordered. if we didn't drive home 15 minutes away, we would have went back

Get rid of the miserable old man whoever he may be very rude to the customers in person and on the telephone if you are the owner or manager you are by far the rudest person I've met this year. you need to hone your customer service skills. I live here locally in Liberty you definitely have lost my business from here on out. I hope you find a job you enjoy.

Handles on belmont ave employee had the guts to laugh on the phone,make faces to her co worker as she is on the phone with my boyfriend who called to ask simple questions about the hurricanes...I had terrible customer service while I was there by the same girl that answered the phone she seemed like she did not want to be there, and didn't look friendly what so ever I called back for a refund on an item I didnt have and that's when I was told things i wasnt told face to face about the hurricanes and why they only use vanilla... read more
