Dr. Wu was great. He went through the X-rays of my shoulders with me and explained both what he saw and my treatment options in terms I could easily understand. He was quick about it too, but in no sense did I feel rushed. He even suggested a way of using my hand to grip things to reduce the ache caused by arthritis and my hand was not the purpose of the appointment. His “bedside manner” was perfect.
I called on a Monday and got in on Thursday which was awesome. All staff members-scheduler, people at the front desk, physician assistant, radiologist, therapist and doctor- were extremely friendly and personable. I definitely recommend!
