My daughter who has been a patient here in the past called to schedule a follow up after being seen at an urgent care and told she had a sprained finger that was infected. After a few days of phone tag with the office, she made contact on a Tuesday morning and explained that over the past few days her finger continued to swell and on that day the finger had opened in 2 places and was leaking puss and blood. I had called the office to schedule an appointment and I asked for a Friday appointment..unfortunately I was told that Dr Manzo did not have office hrs on Fridays..fast forward to yesterday, I get a call from Jenn to let me know Dr would be in this Friday after all. She remembered I had asked about a Friday appointment. I was was so thankful that she remembered and called me . I cannot say enough good things about this office.
Dr. Manzo was great knew what was wrong with my hand before he took xrays of it.
From the office staff to the doctor and therapist - the experience was amazing. They took my fears and turned them into motivation. They deserve all the credit for putting my forearm/wrist back together and making it function again. Wouldn't recommend any other office!
