I have been a patient at this facility for almost a year and the customer services is Atrocias, horrible. When you talk to Kathleen, NP she is very non chalant and the last visit I had I was in the waiting room for over 2 hours. I asked about my appointment and was told that I had a few more patients ahead of me, mind you I had already witnessed 2 patients being taken back when I was told that I had 2 people ahead of me. Worse company to work for literally! Dr. Kleinman is very rude to his employees literally. He says whatever to them and he’ll never make you feel welcomed. The clinical director is very messy she tells all her employees business to others and get things started between everyone. It’s a horrible place to work for everybody has a clique and starts drama 24/7. So if you have mess in your life this is not the work place for you they will bring you down completely!!!!
