I don’t usually write reviews, but my last three trips here have been horrible. The first time I went, I received lots of unsolicited advice from the therapist (for which she was unqualified to give) while I laid on the table and tried to relax. The second time I booked a different therapist who overslept and missed our appointment. And the third time, the therapist cancelled the day before so they put me with someone else, only to switch me back with the therapist I asked the scheduler NOT to put me with. I really hope after booking with hand and stone in Winter Park that my experience would’ve been better. I thought that my massage therapist was a bit much. She didn’t even have me fill out the paperwork before she started the massage. If she had she would’ve known that I have a fibromyalgia type disease. It was a long almost 2 hours and I was not happy. Super disappointed! I went for the first time last night to Hand & Stone and I will not be back. I paid for a hour massage and only received 40 mins!! I told the guy he was to ruff several times and today I feel like I have been beat up! I could barely get out of bed. So I gave money away for 20 mins and paid to get beat up. So disappointing after hearing great things about Hand & Stone.
My very first professional massage. Samantha was AMAZING! I didn't know this level of relief was possible. The staff were kind and helpful walking me tgrough the appointment and registration process. I would definitely recommend this place.
HORRIBLE costumer service, the staff is so lost and they WILL over charge you and try to make you stay in their contract. They are such a HEADACHE. Stay away from this location.
My husband and I had a couples massage and facials and they were equally awesome. Will definitely return.
