I really don't want to give a bad review, because I really enjoyed my massage with Mary it was very relaxing!! Exactly what I needed!! The problem came after with the Manager, David, VERY RUDE, someone made a mistake when I purchased a gift card as a gift. While trying to get this matter addressed, he was very rude so much as raising his voice to me when I was trying to show him the amount I purchased did not match the amount on the card. I just have to say that your receptionist - Debbie - is wonderful!!! She was so helpful and extremely nice!! She is the reason I have chosen your location for my massages. I have had one massage at your location and it was exactly what I was looking for. Nice and relaxing and the therapist did a terrific job. Can't wait for my next massage!!
