RecommendedOmar is amazing! The staff are friendly also and it’s kept very clean.
I had pain and tightness in my IT band. I saw Devin and he was able to help break it up. He also taught be some stretches to do at home to help with the pain. He is extremely knowledgeable and an excellent therapist.
This location could use much improvement on customer service and operating in an upright fashion with their customers. I entered an agreement with them months ago and despite the manager being very unprofessional I continued my agreement with them at the insistence of another employee who attempted to right the wrong. If you are getting the deep tissue massage we highly recommend not using Omar, Tamara and Julia went in for a spring break treat and Tamara came out with one sore back. While she said firm, she did not mean an elbow hard over her spine and he did not ask once how the pressure was nor did he massage any extremities. Julia did have a great massage from a different masseuse.
I have been a member for years, but planning to cancel after my experience today. I called for appointment and could barely hear the guy, it was like he was whispering . I told him I was a member and wanted to book appt. He then asked if I were using a gift card ?!? I wasn't but WHAT DIFFERENCE SHOULD THAT MAKE ?!? I hate to think that those who I have bought cards for are having issues using them !
Had a horrible massage last month, Rhonda who has always been awesome at the front desk tried to right the wrong and gave me 30 minutes extra on my next appointment. When I scheduled (with someone new at the front) I asked for a male therapist I’d had before and I was shocked when I came in and it was a girl. Very nice but very inexperienced. I must say I’m glad I tried this location again. I’ve had my membership here for over a year now but always go to the DR. Phillips location since it’s conveniently close to my home. I tried this location for the 3rd time and I must say it’s the best massage I’ve had Devin is a fabulous massage therapist. If you want a great massage definitely ask for him.
This place is a fraud and a scam! Do not use them and never get membership plan because the only people benefit is them and you’re the loser! On top of that the services suck! Beware
