I always receive excellent customer service whenever I walk into the Ferndale location of Hand & Stone. I’ve had both facials and massages there, and every experience has been wonderful. Today I came in feeling extremely stiff and tense, and Tony was my massage therapist. He was excellent. He is incredibly talented and somehow knew exactly where I was carrying tension and pain — even in areas I didn’t realize were bothering me. Great experience with Sarah always. She checks to see if pressure is where you prefer and if you prefer quiet she honors that with the relaxing music and sounds can almost fall asleep, or did lol. And love my membership and how they laid out the options/terms for it. Had over a couple years now.
This is the only place I go now, the Ladies at the front desk are always pleasant even when im not. I love the atmosphere when you walk in the door its a nice surprise for the location, very warm and inviting.
