My experience with CB was awesome. She is very nice and overall was 5 star. She even gave me some recommendations for posture that I can take home!
Let me start by saying the front desk is always welcoming. I have been getting my massages done by Jeanine at the Ferndale location and she is the absolute BEST!!!! I started off getting the 50 minute, but now 90 mins is A must! My back which is my trouble area feels so good when I’m done. I love the fact that she lets you enjoy your massage and just rest with no talking. I feel like I’m on A vacation lol.. She is very professional, pleasant and makes the whole experience amazing!! I’ve been going to Susan for facials for about 4 months, and it’s always the best part of my month! She’s so knowledgeable and knows the best way to get the results you want. I walk out feeling relaxed and refreshed. Can’t recommend her enough!! Edit: This is a follow up because Susan is just too good! I recently tried the Nano Facial and my skin has never looked better—clear, bright, and glowing. I’ve gotten so many compliments since. Highly recommend Susan!
I had an amazing hot stone massage with Paris at Hand & Stone in Ferndale. The front desk team were very welcoming and explained everything clearly. Even though I booked only 50 minutes, it felt thorough, not rushed, and the pressure and temperature were perfect. I’ll definitely be back and will be asking for Paris!
