I was scheduled for a facial at 1pm. At 12:50 as I was walking in they called and said they had to cancel. They said they were too busy and hadn’t been able to call me before. That they are sorry they couldn’t call me but had “back to backs”. Made me waist a day off and found this out once I was already at the location. Asia was specifically unhelpful and rude.

First, when I walked in very welcoming. The manager is amazingly kind. I had a wonderful relaxing massage. My therapist was so nice and made me feel comfortable. I look forward to coming back.
