I was scheduled for a facial at 1pm. At 12:50 as I was walking in they called and said they had to cancel. They said they were too busy and hadn’t been able to call me before. That they are sorry they couldn’t call me but had “back to backs”. Made me waist a day off and found this out once I was already at the location. Asia was specifically unhelpful and rude.

I had pain and tightness in my IT band. I saw Devin and he was able to help break it up. He also taught be some stretches to do at home to help with the pain. He is extremely knowledgeable and an excellent therapist.
I just wanted to hand out a massive kudo towards Latoya. I went to have a facial done yesterday and this was my second time having her as my professional. She was very knowledgeable and explained the mapping of my skin. She created a facial specifically to my skin, while still adhering to my concerns and ensuring my understanding and consent. The massage therapists are amazing but the customer service ain’t worth the stress and have canceled my package and girlfriends package after being a member for more then a year. I just couldn’t take it anymore...
