Dr Gordon is very good at what he does.
Called 7+ times over the past month for an MRI referral while in pain. Each time I was told “we’ll handle it.” No referral sent, no authorization confirmed, no call back. There is a clear breakdown between the doctor’s order and the referral process, and no one is owning it.
He's THE BEST -- SO THANKFUL I FOUND HIM! it's nearly the 7th anniversary of my very tricky elbow surgery, performed by Dr. Gordon -- and EVERYTHING IS PERFECT! I lost may balance and fell off a "one wheel" in San Francisco on St. Patrick's Day in 2018. I was almost 62 years old and was trying it for the first time, doing about 2 mph. Dr. Gordon and his team were excellent in providing care to help me through my hand injury and surgery. I was given clear treatment options with advice for how each could work including the risks. I'm very happy with my surgery outcome and with everyone for helping me on my healing journey.
I had the best experience with Dr.Gordon and his team, better than I ever have with other doctors. Everyone was thorough, efficient, knowledgeable, empathetic and caring! This really helps when you have any kind of surgery. I highly recommend!
