We have been going to Hand And Hand pediatrics since my oldest child was a newborn. She just turned 24. They are an amazing practice. The providers are all wonderful. I can't tell you how many times that we're waiting for test results. The actual provider called us not just a nurse. I love that. They have walk-in hours for sick. Call in the morning from 7:30 till like 810. You can just walk in for acute illnesses. They have a great flu shot clinics in the fall. We've always encountered wonderful and friendly staff. I rarely leave bad reviews but this was absolutely horrible. I Just called as a new patient to schedule my daughter for an appointment. I asked if they accepted Tricare insurance. (Military) I was told “you have to call your insurance it’s not my job and we take a lot of different ones”. The receptionist on the phone was nasty, short and unprofessional. I went there with my daughter for her first check and evryone was friendly they listen to your concerns and they give you the best service, I liked Dr Abaza she was friendly, kind and helpful for me as a new parent, I really enjoyed being there
They feed delusional Anti-Vaxxers and don’t vaccinate their children. I will not be going to this cesspool of a doctors office with my children.
