We have been going to Hand And Hand pediatrics since my oldest child was a newborn. She just turned 24. They are an amazing practice. The providers are all wonderful. I can't tell you how many times that we're waiting for test results. The actual provider called us not just a nurse. I love that. They have walk-in hours for sick. Call in the morning from 7:30 till like 810. You can just walk in for acute illnesses. They have a great flu shot clinics in the fall. We've always encountered wonderful and friendly staff. I rarely leave bad reviews but this was absolutely horrible. I Just called as a new patient to schedule my daughter for an appointment. I asked if they accepted Tricare insurance. (Military) I was told “you have to call your insurance it’s not my job and we take a lot of different ones”. The receptionist on the phone was nasty, short and unprofessional. Will never recommend this place and further more would not allow my child to be subject to care. I guess they don’t care about new patients and military service members. Red ... read more
