My review keeps getting deleted. I was turned down a simply because I’m a disabled veteran. Let me preface I’m 100% rated by the VA and not looking for a claim. I called and asked if they were taking new patients and the lady I spoke to said yes. I said I’d like to get my wrist fixed as I injured it during my time in service and as I was explaining what was wrong with my wrist, I was cut off by the lady and she told me they “don’t testify for veterans and their claims with the VA.” I explained that wasn’t the reason I needed... read more
I was sent here as a referral. But, honestly it was the worst Doctor experience I ever had in my life. From the intake person, Christie?? to the actual Doctor Rose. She was no help for my situation, but wanted to do a follow up in 6 weeks? Absolutely not. And then the next day, Christie rubbed me the wrong way again with how she was talking to me and creating lies/drama (I had her on 3way with another doctor and she was not aware) and she start yelling at me because I had my real providers block THIS office from accessing my... read more
She’s a very rude Doctor she talk to you any kind of way very unprofessional
Dr. Rose is one of the most compassionate and caring doctors I have ever been to. She diagnosed my condition and treated it without having surgery. I now have perfect use of my right thumb. The office personnel were very courteous and caring. I would highly recommend Dr. Rose for any hand injuries. .
Wait is very long for the 1st appointment, the 2nd was cancelled by the doctor. No "specialsts" seem to be reliable. The patient is the one with pain.
