I have had a different massage provider every time and every person has been great! Just had my monthly massage with Reid and he rocked!! The facility is also so calming and well put together and ALWAYS has coconut water.
Booked a massage on my birthday while I was 9 weeks pregnant. I showed up only to be cancelled on. Prenatal massages were noted for 2nd and 3rd trimester, so I booked the regular and noted on the intake that I was pregnant. That wasn’t read ahead of time and no one was there to handle the massage. I’ve been told sorry for the inconvenience and book another appointment later.
I had an excellent service wonderful Customer Service and best massage ever I love this place!
