Poor management and customer service from Baily and Kei. They are rude and I question the cleanliness of this location. Don't take the chance of getting ill, find a new location.
I’ve been coming to hand and stone for years and loved my experience every time. But the service I received today with the front desk was terrible. The front desk receptionist was so unbelievably rude and disrespectful to me. Voices were raised and disrupted the “calm” vibe of the lobby. I ended up in tears. Had one massage here so it’s where I got my membership started with Hand and Stone. It’s not near where I live, so I now use my perks at the Flower Mound store. The massage I had here was good and the service was friendly. However, I had to spend over an hour of my time day today simply trying to end my membership at this location so I could start a fresh one at the FM location. Not the best experience. Signed up for membership but they did not use the right information. Never used the membership, charged me for 6 months. Was not able to log in and will not give refund. Will never be going to any Hand and Stone Massage again. The only thing they got right was the Card Number to charge me. I cannot reply to the response from owner. But I did call multiple times before the review was posted and made my complaints and was told there was nothing they could do as it was company policy. You had your chanc... read more
