I at a 10 AM massage that I reserved a month in advance. At 9 AM I gotta call the massage. Therapist was sick. The next day I checked my account. My Massage credit was not put back into my account yet. I called the place. They canceled the Massage. They told me by the end of the day would be back. I am a member and I see Ava every month for a facial. She’s wonderful…..always evaluates my skin and makes good recommendations. She is caring and knowledgeable. I highly recommend her for any skin care needs

I was a subscription member for years at Hand & Stone in Bayshore. When I moved, I called and paused my membership. I accepted that unused credits would eventually expire. They never emailed or had documentation of the expiration date, but I understand. I went to book an appointment and I learned every credit was gone.. not ideal.
