This place is great. Everyone that works the front desk is professional and helpful. Any time i have a question or problem, they do everything they can to resolve any concerns. I spoke to Natalie recently and she went above and beyond to help me. As far as massages and facials, everyone I've seen do a great job. The services are done well, they're relaxing, and I feel refreshed when I leave. Go here.
There’s is something wrong with their phones and it’s been at least a year like this. They have 3 different phone numbers listed and each one no one answers and it gets forwarded to some cell phone that doesn’t even have a voice mail saying you reached hand and stone. It happens during the day sometimes and always in the evening when they are supposed to be open. Very unprofessional I can’t be bothered anymore.
I called to book an appointment week in advance. I show up on time and they say I do not have an appt because it isn’t in the computer. They took my giftcard number and everything. They hardly apologized and essentially accused me of not knowing who I spoke to on the phone. I have had this giftcard for 18 months and made sure I had someone watching my kids for this. I will not go to this location ever.
My appointment was scheduled for 10am at the bay shore hand and stone location. However, they changed my appointment to 10:15am without notifying me. My massage didn’t end up starting until 10:30…. As a busy mom, I made the 10am appointment around my child’s schedule. It would have been nice for them to call me ahead of time to tell me about the change. My massage was good, but not the best customer service when it came to appointment scheduling/updates.
Went for a prenatal massage with Jetaime and it was incredible. She is very sweet and provides an amazing experience. Would go back in a heartbeat
