Just hung up the phone with Allie. I booked a Introductory massage online for my husband without incident on October 17th. They called today telling me the charge will be $30 more because I scheduled it on Sweetest Day. I didn’t even realize it was Sweetest Day! I am so disappointed because I was not made aware of this when I scheduled the appointment. I will go elsewhere to book him a massage.
RecommendedI must say I’m glad I tried this location again. I’ve had my membership here for over a year now but always go to the DR. Phillips location since it’s conveniently close to my home. I tried this location for the 3rd time and I must say it’s the best massage I’ve had Devin is a fabulous massage therapist. If you want a great massage definitely ask for him.

We went there for a couple massage on my birthday..my girlfriend and I both said both massage therapist didn’t know what they were doing massage was terrible..We were both disappointed I see why she canceled her membership there and went to massage envy and we gave them both a $15 tip
This place is a fraud and a scam! Do not use them and never get membership plan because the only people benefit is them and you’re the loser! On top of that the services suck! Beware
This place is nothing short of a scam! They get you in a monthly membership then they don’t let you use it to give to others to use in case you get sick and finally they tell you that the credit you have has been cancelled and you lose money ! Also I was never happy with their massage! Beware Beware
