I really don't want to give a bad review, because I really enjoyed my massage with Mary it was very relaxing!! Exactly what I needed!! The problem came after with the Manager, David, VERY RUDE, someone made a mistake when I purchased a gift card as a gift. While trying to get this matter addressed, he was very rude so much as raising his voice to me when I was trying to show him the amount I purchased did not match the amount on the card. Severely disappointed in the lack of professionalism by the guy that answered the phone today. He never gave his name either time he spoke on the phone with me. I asked specifically for separate rooms for our massages and he booked us in 1. Called back to rectify his error and he was very rude about it. I asked questions about our massages in original phone call and he was very generic in his answers, even after I told him it was my first time. Very unsure about keeping our scheduled appointments.
