GREAT service and didn't try to sell me a bunch of services I didn't need- that tells a lot about his character and how he trains his staff. Honesty is important in any profession- but especially veterinary care since these are silent (or not so silent!) members of the family!
Dr. Hancock and his staff are very good with the animals. They are friendly and caring. Dr. Hancock explains things well and takes the time to make sure that all of our questions are completely answered. The practice is small enough that Dr. Hancock actually knows all of my animals as individuals. I don't feel like we are just another patient there. I have confidence that we are receiving the best of care.
