At Hancock Veterinary Services you can tell they are family and they consider our pets part of that family. They are very caring and answer all of my questions. A big plus is that they also offer grooming for my dogs. Can’t think of one bad thing to say about them.
Doctor Bird and his staff are absolutely wonderful! I’m originally from Chicago and so is Dr. Bird so that’s a plus lol. They did an amazing job grooming my furry baby. I was able to get an exam on the spot, immediately after my dog got groomed, so I saved time and money. Everyone at Hancock was super friendly and gave my fur baby the best care. My family and I love this clinic. We’ve brought our pets (dog, cat, and potbelly pig) as well as foster dogs. They are always very accommodating with our schedule including making same-day appointments. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Dr. Bird is just amazing with the animals. We couldn’t ask for anything more.
We had an excellent experience with the Hancock Veterinary Services and their grooming division. They were very accommodating and cheerful. Our snoodles looked fantastic after their grooming experience. We will continue to use them in the future. Flip
Been there twice family dog family cat. Both times I feared the worse. Both times they assured me it will be better and they will do all they can to make our animals better. I also thought it would be very expensive it was a shock to pay a reasonable price which I would’ve paid almost any price to give my Joey and The Boy any chance to be ok. I highly recommend

Love them. They give great care and service. They were there for us when our dog Bubby needed to be eased into the next world, they actually made a housecall to make the situation easier for us. They are quick to see us when our cats have their obligatory cat emergencies.
