I can’t say enough good things about Hancock Plumbing. The owner personally came out and squeezed me into an already packed day, even though his workday starts at 5:30 a.m. That kind of commitment to customers is hard to find these days. The owner has 27 years of experience, and his service technician, Chris, has an equally impressive 24 years of experience. It definitely shows. We have a mobile home that we've had in Stillwater since our kids were in school some 21 years ago. We keep it because we love to come to Stillwater for games and events. Well, after that many years the water heater went out. Since we shut off the water when not there, it was a small leak and little damage. Outstanding service every single time! Chris is always friendly, efficient, and genuinely easy to work with. After an already full day, he still showed up at 6 pm with a smile to fix my hot water heater. He explained everything clearly, worked quickly, and had it up and running in no time. It’s rare to find someone who is not only skilled and reliable, but also consistently personable and professional. Highly recommend. Truly a five-star professional.
