Dr. Courtney Lockhart OB is absolutely the worst on call doctor that could ever be placed in that hospital. If she is on call I would refrain from having her handle your case or doing anything with your baby because it is clear she is completely incompetent I suggest going to another hospital if she is the doctor that is on shift. Lack of information and support during miscarriage is absolutely disgusting. Was not able to answer any of my questions or give me any instructions despite me asking multiple times. Definitely do not see the Kim the NP. Tried calling the office and leaving multiple messages with no response. Save your self the time and drive do a different hospital
Feb. 17, 2023 my entire world changed! I went into have a routine tubal and Dr. Jones hit my iliac artery cleaning up scar tissue. I coded for 28 minutes and Dr. Lorenzo saved my life by over sewing the hole. I then has to be flown to St. Vincent for further care because Hancock was our of their league! I also had to have another surgery 12 hours later to restore blood flow to my right leg after it hasn't had flow for that 12 hours... Which Hancock was unaware of because they never checked my pulses in my legs!
I was very disappointed by my experience with this practice. Following a routine annual wellness exam, I was charged for an additional office visit without any prior notice or consent. When I disputed the charge, billing stood firm despite my concerns being reasonable and well-documented. I had a brief, casual conversation with the doctor during what I understood to be a standard annual exam, and that conversation was used to justify a separate billable service. I will say Dr. Enrigo a medical staff I have encountered are lovely. Unfortunately the receptionist that sits to the right when you walk in at the desk is nothing but foul. I have been here three separate times and she is always sitting there scowling unwilling to check people in. To the extent that at my last visit she looked up at me not acknowledging my presence and then walked away while another receptionist came over to check me in.
