I will say Dr. Enrigo a medical staff I have encountered are lovely. Unfortunately the receptionist that sits to the right when you walk in at the desk is nothing but foul. I have been here three separate times and she is always sitting there scowling unwilling to check people in. To the extent that at my last visit she looked up at me not acknowledging my presence and then walked away while another receptionist came over to check me in. There’s a few NPs and doctors I’m not a fan of here but Dr Martin and the NP Danae are by far the best here. They’re both super caring and honestly they’re the only reason I still drive 40 minutes one way and don’t switch doctors offices
This doctors office simply cares about profit. They do not care about the wellbeing of the mother nor the child. The doctors are solely there to make a profit. They will not be flexible, and they will not try to help. They would rather watch a woman suffer and miscarry than try and lift a finger to help. And then they show 0 compassion about it.
I am so happy with Hancock Ob! I had a not so great experience with my pregnancy in 2021. I switched providers and they took really good care of me. Anytime I had worries or concerns, they were very quick to help. Fast forward to 2024, and I have had anxiety in my first trimester. The message option on the chat portal has been easy to use. Kayla Kidd has responded quickly each time. She has heard my concerns, and helped ease my anxiety. Went here with our first and I honestly wasn't a fan. Not only are you shuffled between 7 doctors it seems as tho nothing is kept track of. We had a few parts to our pregnancy that made it high risk and I kept having to tell my case to each doctor repeatedly. The doctors just didn't seem to care about cases and I never even saw the doctor that delivered my baby. The delivery was a mess too.
