I am so happy with Hancock Ob! I had a not so great experience with my pregnancy in 2021. I switched providers and they took really good care of me. Anytime I had worries or concerns, they were very quick to help. Fast forward to 2024, and I have had anxiety in my first trimester. The message option on the chat portal has been easy to use. Went here with our first and I honestly wasn't a fan. Not only are you shuffled between 7 doctors it seems as tho nothing is kept track of. We had a few parts to our pregnancy that made it high risk and I kept having to tell my case to each doctor repeatedly. The doctors just didn't seem to care about cases and I never even saw the doctor that delivered my baby. The delivery was a mess too. Drove over an hour for an appointment, hit traffic and immediately called the office and they told me as long as I was there no later than 15 min after my appointment time, I’d be seen. So I continued my drive, got there 10 min after my appointment time, wait to check in bc there was a line…get to the lady and she says “oh my computer says 815 so I have to ask the doctor if she will see you” (it wasn’t 815, it was 813 and I’m not sure how 2 min makes it a huge effin deal) and then was told I’d have to reschedule! So it's been 6 years since my birthing experience (first time mom) but let me tell you I won't go back now. I had a couple doctors there and they pretty much gave up on me. I have found out that I have PCOS and I've done everything they asked me to do and I've gotten no where. Dr. Lo is the best OB out there! Not only has he saved my life, but he is very informative and strives to resolve any health concerns/issues you may have. I was weary about having a male take care of these issues but he is very understanding and listens intently.
