My original visit was good. However they did not tell me that they moved locations pride to my follow up appointment. Ever senes then I have not been able to get ahold of anyone to reschedule and I am about to lose my job due to not being able to get them to sign some paper work I need for my job. Do not go here!!!!
Would have been higher but I can never call them after I'm off work. I get off at 3:30 and have a half hour window. They have it so I can't even leave a message. And now the bureaucracy and rigidness in that office has reached a whole new level! Yesterday I called Dr. Zhang's nurse to try to find out why the Dr. wanted me to do another study with a CPAP machine on, even though the first study determined I did not have sleep apnea. I'm only giving a 1 star because they don't give the option for negative stars! I received a call from these people about 3 - 4 weeks ago to schedule an appointment after my cpap broke. My family doctor informed me that she could just prescribe me a new one since I had previously had a sleep study so I informed them of that and did not schedule an appointment at that time.
