Horrible customer service. Owner first accuser me of already calling him then kept interrupting my questions about offered services. Then hr hung up on me. I do not reccomend this company
Hancock Mobile Home came out on a two day notice to level my mother's manufactured home. Steve was very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the process of leveling to us, and gave us good advise on other home matters. I highly recommend this company and Steve Hancock.
