Terrible experience and am done with this facility. The doctor told me to get an unnecessary x ray which cost $400 when a) I didn’t need it and didn’t ask for it and b) there’s a for profit Hancock xray option 2 miles away for $75. Felt completely bamboozled. Called the billing line and the lady was rude and told me that I should do my own research next time… lol. Compared to hospital transparency fee guidelines, this was a massive facility fee gouging exercise.

I am scheduled to be a New Patient with Dr. Fitzsimmons. The scheduling team was very helpful in finding a time that worked for me and managed to get me on the schedule sooner than I expected. I have heard amazing reviews on Dr. Fitzsimmons and am excited to have her as my primary care provider.

I finally don't have to see a therapist & a psychiatrist. I was getting tired of seeing 2 people plus 2 more people (the 2 other people were helping me get out & be social because I suffer extreme anxiety) & was getting annoyed that every year one of them stopped working with the place I was going for my mental health.
