We were treated really well and they made every effort to make our event a success.

I had my wedding there on New Year's Eve. The owners and staff were very accommodating, and my day went off without a hitch. We were married in front of the fireplace in the lobby. The entire space was beautifully decorated, and they even started the fire for the ceremony. The food was delicious, and the staff was quick and helpful. We showed up at 12:30 AM last night, limping in after a car accident. We were welcomed by compassionate staff, who even let our dog stay with us overnight and while we waited the next day for the tow truck. Breakfast was amazing! This reaffirmed my faith in the goodness of people! Thank you Hancock House Hotel!
First time here, had a quiet lunch with my girlfriend instead of facing the madness of black Friday shopping! We were impressed with the quality of the food for the price, and a decent drink selection as well. Definitely recommended to others!
This hotel has a convenient location to 17. Lobby is adorable, rooms are spacious and clean but in need of a bit of updating. Food was good and employees hospitable! I'd return for sure!
I held a remembrance gathering at the Hancock House on October 8th for my late wife Kathy Schoonmaker Doran. The event was managed by Iris Creech, manager of the Maple Room and was excellent in all regards! My guests were impressed by the quality of the refreshments and the superb service. Thank You Hancock House!
