They told me I HAD to utilize my insurance and go thru the hospital (which does not cover imaging) and I was not able to cash pay, but if I wanted to cash pay, I’d have to get “approval” in 3-5 business days and they cannot guarantee approval since it was “approved” by insurance which just means it was a pre authorization and insurance will make me pay double the cost since it will be at the hospital and insurance will just apply it to my deductible anyways and not pay a cent towards it. Do not recommend!

Beautiful new building; I remember when they broke ground two years ago. Seems to have the state of the art equipment and latest and greatest of everything. I went in for Imaging and an MRI with and without contrast. It went well considering I am extremely claustrophobic because the gentleman in charge of handling my care was FANTASTIC! I went and saw ultrasound tech last week and was unimpressed with her rushed bedside manner. This week I had an MRI and the tech/radiographer was incredibly kind, unrushed and was friendly and helpful. So very different results from different services. I’m changing a one star review to a 5 star due to his gracious manner. The building is very modern and convenient. Looking forward to seeing the results from the radiologist. I’m not sure if they review in house or the scans are sent out for review.
