I tried this location for an annual screening mammogram. I was pretty happy overall with timeliness of the appointment, location, cleanliness, wait time, courtesy of staff. I thought the follow up phone calls were adequate. As a point of feedback however, I will say that if someone declines to follow up for further imaging in your facility, you should have at least provided me with a copy of my referral that you obtained without my explicit permission (although, we all sign without reading whatever it is they hand us in the ... read more

*Update* I received a call and have been refunded my money! I will use Hancock Health again but I will also contact insurance for certain procedures before going anywhere to avoid any possible confusion. I have had a coupe MRI's recently and this place was the best experience. I had an MRI done here last year and the process was quick and easy and the facility was nice. I was required to pay for the service up front, and then after my insurance paid them, I was never reimbursed for the extra amount they made me pay. I have c... read more

I had an MRI done here last year and the process was quick and easy and the facility was nice. I was required to pay for the service up front, and then after my insurance paid them, I was never reimbursed for the extra amount they made me pay. I have called several times over the last year and I am always told they will refund me the money but it never happens. I will never go here again and I avoid any Hancock Health place now. I go out of my way to Community or Ascension instead.

Ridiculous amount of wait time to be seen as an immediate care facility. The place is empty maybe one or two patients. I don't understand how do they make money if it wasn’t for insurance companies paying. Very slow staff and environment. If you’re waiting to be seen u better off going to a small place somewhere else. This place is a joke. Again lack of management and goals.
