Ridiculous amount of wait time to be seen as an immediate care facility. The place is empty maybe one or two patients. I don't understand how do they make money if it wasn’t for insurance companies paying. Very slow staff and environment. If you’re waiting to be seen u better off going to a small place somewhere else. This place is a joke. Again lack of management and goals.
Incredible Place! From the receptionist to the Nurse Practitioner, I was fixed up and on my way in no time! The waiting area is more like an Airport than a Dr office!!! The cost for an MRI has got to be the lowest in Indiana!
Looks like these guys are into money more than into nice behavior. I've parked NOT ON THEIR PREMISES close to their hospital, I repeat NOT ON THEIR PREMISES ! On a public space, where a bunch of people do stop and park. But they decided it's a good idea to call the police on me, probably they're very frustrated when there's people around which don't bring them money. Shame on you, you're supposed to care about people, not to call the police on them, peacefully parked in a public space, never disturbing anyone, never blocked ... read more
They're rude and absolutely not oriented on people's satisfaction. 100% selfish, money oriented place.
If you want a kind service and unconditional care - go elsewhere. These guys are focused not on people.
