Two of my three appointments this year were canceled at the office level. It's disappointing to have confirmed appointment, receive a reminder text of said appt, arrange child care, drive the 20 minutes to the office for the appt I set 3 months prior, to be told in a huff I wasn't on the schedule and that it was too late in the day so I would need to reschedule. Hancock network consistently underwhelms.
if you want to world's longest voicemail message then this is for you. seriously, if a doctor has moved a YEAR ago, we don't need that information any longer. also, any time i need to be seen for something serious, crickets...even when the ER is involved, like are you kidding me. also the phone staff will sometimes bully you, idk if it's one person or what but i love when i get talked AT instead of TO and blown off and told "well idk that's not how this works" or "i dont know. you'll just have to call back later." ???? hello... read more
Doctor Austin Moster is an excellent physician!! The best I’ve ever had in my life. Not only does her listen to you but he is highly skilled and treats your condition and work on preventative measures. A young but highly qualified physician!! Definitely recommend him and his staff is very professional and caring.
Love Dr.Moster but the nurse that helps his patients Nancy is extremely dismissive and non competent to where I ended up receiving better care at the Er vs her letting me follow up after an extreme strep infection didn’t feel a lick better since I saw then went to the ER got meds for the tonsil pain, new antibiotics; and anti-inflammatory. They need to discipline her and coach her to leave what she’s going on at the door or find a new career my husband of 104 degree fever didn’t deserve to be treated like a hypochondriac
Don’t let that nurse control you, if you’re in pain she will push you off from getting a follow up even if you’re suffering.
