I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you are searching for a primary care doctor. During my appointment with Dr. Austin Moster, I attempted to explain relevant information from prior physicians and my medical history related to recent lab work. Instead of listening or discussing it, the information was quickly dismissed and the conversation felt rushed and one-sided. I love how you”re actually in at your appointment time and don’t have to be there way past your scheduled appointment waiting to get in.
Once again, Dr Capen is late. 2.25 hrs and still waiting. Even after receiving a letter from the hospital saying it wouldn't happen again. He's a great Dr but needs to get here on time and stop over booking. Very disappointed.

Two of my three appointments this year were canceled at the office level. It's disappointing to have confirmed appointment, receive a reminder text of said appt, arrange child care, drive the 20 minutes to the office for the appt I set 3 months prior, to be told in a huff I wasn't on the schedule and that it was too late in the day so I would need to reschedule. Hancock network consistently underwhelms.
