I have seen over 15 psychiatrists from 6yr old to 27. I since seeing Jessica Washburn have so much peace. Everyday was riddled with paranoia and every "itch" you could imagine, physically and mentally. Jessica is both balanced, and respectful. She has never crossed a line with me where other doctors have in the past. I often joke around I would marry Jessica (I'm married lol) but she has changed my entire perspective and my life. A friend of mine has tried calling and scheduling appointments and getting their medication and they have not answered once. Multiple people have tried calling all of their numbers multiple times during hours and they do not answer. Do not go to this place for any reason!! They will not give you the care that you need!!
They do not answer their calls EVER. Have tried calling them countless times for months and they do not answer. Schedule an appointment number, after hours physician number, every number on their website they do not respond too. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!
Muntaz is a HORRIBLE doctor and thankfully he is not there anymore. Their website is not updated and doesn’t give you the current people that are there. I personally have tried calling them countless times for months to schedule appointments and get refills on medications and they do not respond or call back. You cannot leave a voicemail either because it seems a lot of other people have the same problem! If they could get a negative star review, they would. Horrible place, do not go here if you need real psychiatric help.
If it wasn't for Ms.Tracy..not sure if she's still there it's been a few years and the receptionist are all super friendly. The last time I was there with my daughter one receptionist was expecting and bless her heart she was so helpful when we had a hard time getting paperwork. Other than that I had to have my daughters meds reevaluated because it was concerning...just to find out one med was messing with her heart rate. That's my only complaint.
